Augur Drainage & Flood Prevention Planning System



777娱乐客户端With years of experience in digitization of municipal services and water management, Augur has successfully developed Augur urban drainage and flood prevention digital information management platform. In between 2013 and 2014, Augur has participated in urban drainage and flood prevention information system projects across Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, Henan, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Jilin and Hainan provinces. In these projects, Augur system has provided information technology support from facilities survey, management, projects approval, maintenance management, online monitoring, emergency dispatch to hydraulic analysis and planning support. Augur’s effort has indeed improved the information digital level and management level of cities drainage and flood prevention, expedited cities’ progress into smart cities.

Establish rainfall flood prevention monitoring and early warning system, setup and optimize drainage and rainfall flood prevention emergency plan, define emergency levels, contents and corresponding response procedure with clear plan on technology, methods, resources and human resources.

3. Solution structure

With technology support of IoT, cloud computing and hydraulic analysis, as well as features of “Drainage facilities covered by IoT, water data connected by internet, flood risk modeling and synchronized professional management services”, Augur Urban Drainage and Flood Prevention Digital Information Management Platform mainly comprises five layers (sensing layer, data transmit layer, data layer, service layer, application layer) and two systems (standards system and operation ensurance system).

4. Main Functions

Emergency dispatch subsystem provides lean management over emergency dispatch. Besides realization of the traditional “One network five banks” features of flood prevention emergency system, Augur system could provide emergency rescue team management based on the characters of emergency works. With archiving of every rainfall condition, it would be able to accurately dispatch relevant rescue team personnel and resources based on flood condition. The lean management provided by our system could improve both the response time and reduce cost for emergency response.

Hydraulic analysis subsystem provides scientific and advanced hydraulic analysis for cities with a full evaluation over cities drainage pipeline networks. Augur hydraulic modeling is based on SWMM and other international professional hydraulic analysis models with drainage facilities data, combined with pipeline networks monitoring data, meteorological rainfall data. It would realize smart division of cities catchment and analysis of drainage pipeline flow rate, providing supporting material for judgement and management.

5. Development of Products

777娱乐客户端By far, Augur drainage and flood prevention digital information management platform has been used widely over drainage facilities survey, management, administration checking and approval, maintenance and management, operation monitoring and emergency commanding. Our next step is to further improve the intellectual level of our model analysis. With long time dynamic monitoring data and static basic data, combined with modern hydrology, simulation and big data analysis, provide scientific evaluation and planning, optimized dispatch and safe operation for cities drainage pipeline networks. With such, Augur would help all cities to improve life of every single citizen.
